What’s included in your one-on-one session:

 

6 sessions

The 6-week adventure allows for us to meet weekly over a 6-week period in order to create the space, time and clarity for you to start paving the path for all that you envision. The first session will be 75 minutes and all following sessions will be 60 minutes.

Weekly check-ins

Depending on what feels right for you, I will send you messages to check in and provide gentle reminders to keep you on track. This can come in a variety of forms from simple questions to quotes or an inspirational idea.

The M.B.L. Workbook + worksheets

Writing can often be a journey in itself to gain clarity, release thoughts that are occupying brain space and simply a way to see things from a different perspective. The Mindfully Balanced Living Workbook + worksheets will allow for you to write and release whenever you need it.
