What is << The Shift >>?

The shift is a journey created with your whole self in mind. This is an at your own pace journey (consisting of 6 modules) with yourself to get in touch with what brings you joy in life and harnessing that. Getting in touch with yourself: body, mind, soul & spirit.

You will experience a combination of:

  • Modules exploring a variety of areas of your life in order to bring you more clarity and therefore more alignment

  • Pilates/Holistic mindful movement

  • Meditation & mindfulness

Through these modalities we will touch upon topics and ideas that will bring you closer to the you that is calling your name. The you that deserves your love, support, compassion and space for growth. The you that is ready to release elements that seem to be continually getting in your way based on old thought patterns, outdated beliefs or even ideas that define your life, yet weren’t “defined” by you.

In this 2.0 version of << The Shift >>, there is a 1-hour coaching session included. You can choose to do this at any point along the journey. Any additional coaching sessions can of course be booked at an additional cost. You may email me at any point throughout the program for clarifications, questions or any suggestions. I am here to guide and hold space for you even if it’s your own journey.

What’s Included

 

Pilates/Mindful Movement

There will be sessions 5 x a week. 4 x 15-minute (pre-recorded sessions) + 1 x 60-minute session (pre-recorded). These sessions focus on an overall connection with your body. Connecting breath, awareness, release and of course strengthening.

Mindfulness

Mindfulness is not something we can achieve overnight. Through awareness and intention we can incorporate mindfulness throughout our days and lives even with some small little adjustments of mindset and approach. You will have some weekly mindfulness practices that can add a new sense of presence to you and your world. These practices are things that you will be asked to incorporate into your daily life.

A 30-Minute Coaching Session

Throughout this version of << The Shift >> there is a 30-minute coaching session included. This is a private session for you to dive deeper into an area/topic/obstacle/blockage that you feel you could use some more support with. This can be booked at any point before, during or after the journey. You may of course book additional coaching sessions at a discounted rate.

Meditation

There will be weekly audio meditations connected with the topic of the week/module in order to bring you closer to a deeper connection with yourself, embrace the present moment and find a sense of calmness and peace. Each meditation is around 10-15 minutes long.

Workbook/Worksheets

Each module has a specific workbook which corresponds with the topic of the module and will provide you information, thoughts and ideas + exercises and journal prompts in order for you to dive deeper into the topic, yourself and your life. Topics include, but are not limited to: core values, beliefs, limiting beliefs, mindfulness, building self-love, trusting our intuition, setting intentions, establishing boundaries, clearing obstacles, breathing, awareness, energy & many other holistic goodies.

You may email me at any point throughout your journey in order to ask questions, gain clarity or feedback on any particular area you are working through. I will get back to you within 24 hours of your email.

 What are some examples of what a shift could be?

There are many ways this program could help you shift within your life. There is no right and wrong. It’s simply about being. About re-connecting with ourselves and with who we are and how we want to be. From the inside out.

Perhaps you:

*feel disconnected from yourself and are looking to re-connect with your whole self. This could be your shift.

*feel like you are often on auto-pilot and chasing your tail. This could be your shift.

*feel like you are on overdrive and have a hard time slowing down, finding inner calm and being present. This could be your shift.

* are re-living the same patterns and situations over and over and are ready to create new patterns. This could be your shift.

* feel unhappy in your job/relationship/everyday life and you are ready to find out what it is that you truly want. This could be your shift.

Weekly Schedule Example:

My idea behind this program is that it is broken up into mostly bite-sized moments to be incorporated into your life.

The Pilates sessions are pre-recorded, so you can do them whenever you’d like.

The meditations are created according to the focus of the module and is your dedicated meditation for that module.

The workbook for each module is an opportunity to dive deeper into yourself, the topic and re-examine in order to re-align.

How and exactly when you decide to schedule the daily elements into your life are up to you. Yes, you need to make time, but the idea is to have moments throughout your day where you can connect with yourself to bring awareness and start to feel the shift within.

The suggested schedule below is just that. A suggestion. You can also make a shift by dedicating 3-4 days a week throughout the program or you can take it slower. The idea is about awareness, intention and practice. The exact amount of how much you invest is up to you. You can choose to invest more or less, but on the whole your suggested week would look something like this:

 
  • For each module you will access your workbook within your membership area. The workbooks are a combination of thoughts, ideas, facts, information, inspiration and some written exercises to take you deeper into the exploration of the topic.

    The amount of time you spend is up to you, but I recommend that you spend about 15 minutes-30 minutes 3-5 times a week. Perhaps you need more and perhaps your need less.

  • There are multiple 15-minute sessions within each module. There is a one-hour session per module. You can mix and match the sessions or use them as you’d like. I recommend at least 15 minutes 3-5 x a week.

    Monday - 15 minutes

    Tuesday - 15 minutes

    Wednesday - 1 hour

    Thursday - 15 minutes

    Friday - 15 minutes

    Saturday - free choice

    Sunday - day off

  • The meditation corresponds to the topic of the module, which is worked on at your own pace. The meditations are around around 10-15 minutes. Ideally the meditation will be done daily, yet I ask you to be gentle with yourself and start slowly if you are new to meditation. 3-5 x a week for the beginning is also a wonderful way to begin.
