Intentional Pilates Strength Tuesday 12:45pm-13:15pm
This 30-minute Pilates class is meant to activate your whole body within a mindfully infused yet fast paced class encompassing the Pilates principles of core activation, breath, lengthening and focus.

The Pilates Class for Men Friday 8am-8:45am
A 45-minute full body Pilates based session focusing on increasing core strength, reducing back pain, increasing flexbility and overall strength for greater performance and energy in your everyday life and in the other physical activities that you are passionate about.

Friday Morning Pilates Flow 9am-9:45am
A 45-minute full body Pilates flow touching upon the whole body by connecting with the core and breath, lengething the muscles, stretching the body and working on keeping the brain strong by combining left and right side coordination.

Groovy Lunchtime Pilates Flow Friday 12:00pm-12:45pm
A 45-minute full body Pilates flow to leave your feeling energized and strong. The focus through this mindful Pilates flow is to connect you to your body in the present moment to allow for a deeper understanding and connection of mind and body.

An exciting new class specialised for women going through perimenopause and menopause! Focusing on moves to support you through the changes that your body is going through and allowing you to stay strong and fit for today and for the continued changes that will happen.
