Holistic Life Coaching.

I have found that when we are able to tune in to ourselves and what we need in order to move through this flow of balance, we are able to create the life we envision for ourselves.  Through being mindful of our senses, our thoughts, our self-talk (both positive and negative) and beliefs we can learn to use tools to remove anything that no longer serves us while incorporating and balancing the elements of life that aren’t in alignment.  We can slowly strip away the layers that allow us to hide and embrace and love who we are.  

This is where I come into your life.  To be on your journey with you.  To be the person to help you get where you want to go.  Sometimes it’s about knowing you have someone in your corner.  No judgements, only new perspectives.  Listening and guiding, allowing for your own personal growth through moments of mindfulness and being.  Through looking at where you are and where you would like to be.  Sometimes it’s having your own little cheerleader rooting you for you in the back, which is something I actually used to be for many years.  Sometimes it’s about someone calling you out on your own self-sabotaging behavior, but being there for you to create a new pattern so you can thrive.  How we find this mindful balance will be a dance and a process, like life and growth always is.

In my practice I use a variety of tools from Holistic Coaching, looking at you as a whole being - mind, body and soul - mindfulness practices, neuroscientific tools, elements from Positive Psychology and Pilates in order to help you find these imbalances and then re-balance them.  There are other modalities that can be discussed such as aromatherapy and energy healing if that’s something that speaks to you as well.

Mindfulness Workshops.

It's about mindful moments. It's not about living mindfully 100% of the time without space for mistakes and acceptance and growth. It's about being aware of who we want to be, how we want to feel and how we want to move through our day. It's about learning to trust yourself and your intuition. It's about re-connecting to yourself often enough throughout the day to feel how you are doing. It's about being in situations and instead of just re-acting, we allow for a moment of space to think and feel how we want to move forward with a feeling of connection.

There are a variety of ways mindfulness workshops can be created. These can be beneficial for a workplace setting, among friends, family or simply because.

 

Pilates & Holistic Movement.

I was trained in classical Mat Pilates, yet over the years I have created my own flow of Mat Pilates. My sessions integrate a holistic view of the mind-body connection and how it all overlaps and moves together. I love playing around with movement and all while building physical and mental strength and enjoying the journey that is involved with any practice.

My Pilates sessions are ideally incorporated into a life coaching package as part of the deeper foundation of getting in touch with you as a whole, but can also be booked separately in order to target certain blockages or simply as a stand-alone experience.
