What’s included in your one-on-one session:
12 sessions
The 12-week journey takes things a bit further and deeper than the 6-week adventure in creating your life, space and connection with both yourself and others to another level. It allows for a greater shift throughout your life. The first session will be 75 minutes and all following sessions will be 60 minutes.
Weekly check-ins
Depending on what feels right for you, I will send you messages to check in and provide gentle reminders to keep you on track. This can come in a variety of forms from simple questions to quotes or an inspirational idea.
The M.B.L. Workbook + worksheets
Writing can often be a journey in itself to gain clarity, release thoughts that are occupying brain space and simply a way to see things from a different perspective. The Mindfully Balanced Living Workbook + additional worksheets will allow for you to write and release whenever you need it.
