What’s included in your one-on-one session:
5 Sessions
You have 1 x 1.5 hour sessions + 4 1-hour sessions to use whenever you’d like. The sessions are held online and the ability to add balance your life, remove obstacles & gain clarity will be present within each session.
Weekly check-ins
Depending on what feels right for you, I will send you messages to check in and provide gentle reminders to keep you on track. This can come in a variety of forms from simple questions to quotes or an inspirational idea.
The M.B.L. Workbook + worksheets
Writing can often be a journey in itself to gain clarity, release thoughts that are occupying brain space and simply a way to see things from a different perspective. The Mindfully Balanced Living Workbook + worksheets will allow for you to write and release whenever you need it.
