A Pilates based but mindfully inspired session to connect with your breath, bring your body in more alignment and allow for a flow of energy and release of tension.
This 75-minute session will be held one-on-one, live via Zoom and will focus on what your current needs are. The first 15 minutes are used to discuss your needs and define your goals and then we move for 60 minutes.
